squeaky floors and poor value
squeaky floors of the occupants above kept me up most of the night and woke me up in the morning. I would not recommend staying here due to the poor maintenance of the property

Expensive for the treatment we recieved when the units were without power!
when we arrived they had a storm which had knowcked out the power, the staff would give us little info about the time frame of the outage. the first night we had no heat or hot water. they could only provide a flashlight which did not work. we went and purchased our own candles. the next day we were able to shower in another room. now why would we not be moved the first night. the room was not occupied the prior evening. we recieved no compensation of any kind, just a "thanks for your patience" unimpressed with the service!!!!we were able to be moved the next day but the room was not ready until the evening hours. our friends live here, they complained and called the Hotel no call was ever returned from the GM.

Amazing setting
Great experience; expect to climb a lot of stairs; but, that comes with the setting
