Average hotel conditions
The hotel was clean enough, however, entry and exit were not real convenient. Also, on their website they stated there was a refrigerator and microwave in each guest room. There was not. The price was very acceptable, however.

Good basic motel experience
We found everything very nice and clean. It was close to the highway but we didn’t hear a thing, and slept well. Close to downtown and other areas we wanted to visit, like Old Colorado City. Recommended.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
At this motel, they do offer free Continental breakfast, but there is no eating area in the lobby, so you must take your food back to your room to eat. Close to all the Pike’s Peak area attractions and inexpensively priced! We will return!

Stay elsewhere
The hotel room was clean, however maintenance was bad and some things did not work well (e.g., lamps). The hotel is very badly located (at the intersection of the interstate and one of the main avenues of the city). Forget about the pool. Forget about the breakfast too. We felt very fortunate we could cancel the second night...
