I will be using this hotel everytime we visit our son at ASU

The customer service as great. Everything that we need was there even a bbq grill for us to use it was the 4th of July weekend that we stayed there so we didn’t miss a beat with bbq for the holiday. They even had a refrig and microwave which I thought was a great way to save money.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was just a short drive to area attractions and very quiet. I will stay here again!!

Worst hotel I have ever been too!!!

The front desk was rude and was not helpful. We wanted a refund and didn’t receive anything for their bad service.

Low cost - But still not worth the price !!

I selectd this hotel due to location to the place I was working for the week. This non-smoking room as labeled on the door had been smoked in and a heavy odor still lingers. The 2nd of my 3 days my room did not get made up. When I called the front desk upon my return at 6 PM I was told that they would reprimand the maid but was not offered any service at that time and was told NO when I asked if there was to be any compensation. If you decide to stay there after reading this ask for a room on the WEST side as Phoenix sunrise comes between 5 and 6 AM.

Traveler's tip on dining

You must try Four Peaks Brewery if you like a good craft beer. This place is right around the corner from the hotel but not within walking distance.

Hotel was fine

We stayed recently to enroll our son for classes at ASU. The hotel is close and convenient to the campus. Rooms were standard, but clean and no problems. The front desk staff was very friendly and nice.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

At the NW edge of ASU campus is a dining/shopping area called the Brickyard at the Mill. Lots of choices for great food.

Not impressed

The remote for the TV did not work. Our friends that stayed in the exact same type of room were missing the mini fridge and ottoman for the chair. In the morning the cleaning people took up all the parking spaces near our room. If you need a place just to sleep for the night the room was suitable, but I was not too impressed.

The hotel was ok. It was clean but not in the best part of town. There were alot of homeless people iin the area. the hotel staff were nice.

Construction nightmare

On balance, this motel is not a bad place to stay. The staff are very accomodating and the facility is average but relative to the price paid. However, the construction on the main road in front of the motel for the overhead rail system is a nightmare. Construction caused several water issues while we were there and you had to perform a number of "U" turns to get back to the city proper.During the day, noise from jack hammers was very annoying.I am not sure how long this construction will go on bt it may be for several months.

we did not stay at this hotel. it was horrible and not at all the way it was described by expedia.

we will never do business with expedia again. we called immediately upon arriving at the hotel to tell them we were leaving, wanted our money back, and that the hotel was horrible. we spent 2 days on the phone with expedia. we have not received our money back. we left the hotel in under 2 hours. we had to get a ride and make arrangements to stay somewhere else. it was a huge inconvenience and nobody cared. we will not do business with expedia again.

God place to stay

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially with late night eating. I would stay again.

Very impressed and relaxed during our stay

We were pleasantly surprised at the "niceness" of the room, and the quality of the hotel for the reasonable room rate. We felt comfortable during our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I wasn’t overly impressed with the cable system...it could use a few more channels, but it was still pretty good. I would stay there again...

Stayed here while going to Cubs spring training. Only about a 10 minute drive to park, plus close to other parks. Nothing fancy, but the breakfast was good and front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Geez Louise

No. If I wanted to finalize my divorce, I would stay here, but since I love my wife, we spent exactly 1 hour at this dive. Ants in the bath room, stained linen, a broken door latch, that had been poorly repaired, broken drawers, stained towels, a mildew smell in the bathroom, paint splatters all over the bath room...need I say more. We demanded a refund, and booked another hotel at 2am in the morning. I guess that’s why it’s called the Ramada LIMITED! PS- I am not a upper class yuppie that has no tolerance, this place should be taken off of Expedia!

Choose another place to stay. This is no more than a converted motel, in a bad part of town.
