great location
hotel was clean,staff friendly, maid service a little slow easy to walk to many destination point neighborhood felt ok a night would stay again
want to throw some money away go to harahs

Good location for the Riverwalk and Casino
Hotel was fine, but rooms on the South Peters Street side are noisy.

No towels!!!
Great on check in. Room was not cleaned while we were out the following day. At 5pm had to call for towels. Janitor brought them. TV was on fritz cable had to be repaired. Because of lack of room cleaning breakfast was to be comped. Breakfast girl tried to charge for it 2 times. A tv/music charge appeared on visa. I called and got it credited. Manager said when cable was changed it probably recorded as a charge. We would stay again, but ask for a back room. Ours overlooked a shipping business which turned into a bar at night. No closing hours in New Orleans.
