This place has it all, for cheap!
It seems like when I stay at a premium brand hotel, I always wind up paying extra for things - wi-fi, breakfast, fridge, remote for the tv, etc. This Comfort Inn offered all of those and more for a very reasonable price.

No Frill Room - Poor Guest Care
The room was standard. Hotel was convenient for our needs. The free breakfast was good. The free wireless internet a plus. The room needed a good cleaning. All the standard stuff seemed ok but there were unknown substances here and there, made me question how clean the room was. The staff left much to be desired. I am not talking about extras, just plain customer care. When we went check in the clerk was idly chatting with someone. He continued to chat, not acknowledging us. Even after this other person told him to help us he continued to ignore us for several more minutes. We asked if there was a room like we reserved near a door. Without checking the answer was no. My traveling partner explained she has a bad back and would prefer to avoid extra walking or stairs. With a condescending tone suddenly there was one (again without looking, which meant there was one the first time we asked). When we went to the pool we needed additional towels and asked the clerk for them. All we got for a minute or two was a blank stare, as if we had asked for the world on a silver platter instead of 2 towels. For the price paid I wasn’t expecting to have someone carry my luggage. However, a "I’ll be with you in a moment", maybe a please or thank you, some common courtesy would have made a difference. Would I stay there again? Maybe but not for more than a couple of days. I would certainly go in with lower expectations and hope that I would leave surprised.

Nothing wrong with this place
Everything about the hotel was fine! My family enjoyed the waffles we cooked at the free breakfast!
