Comfortable Stay

Nicely decorated room, modern. Lots of space. Great room for a great price.

Very clean, but with very hard beds...

We got there and had 2 rooms reserved.. We arrived early, so both rooms were on the 1st floor. Expected to hear the people above us, but was plesantly surprised that the spacious high cielings and insulation buffered any sound very well. Only complaint is the hardness of the beds.. Both were extremely hard & could barely sleep on them. Called housekeeping & they were helpful by putting down a couple of comforters under the sheets. This helped somewhat, but could have done better with 2 of them per mattress. (They were pretty thin down comforters that they brought in..) A for effort to make us feel at home though.. Overall, would stay there again.

Best Hotel I’ve been to yet!

This all suite hotel was more than I ever expected. The rooms were great! With a very large room it had in-room coffee, frig, office area it was all great. The lobby provided breakfast and there was even a wine and beer bar. 24 hour snacks and you could get anything to eat whenever you wanted. I was there accompanying two women who were physically challenged and this hotel was very accomodating.

Traveler's tip for business travelers

This hotel was everything you would want for a business trip at a very reasonable price. All the rooms are suites and have office areas with internet access, desks, etc., It’s a very spacious suite and you would love it.

Great Experience

Hotel was in a central location to all the attractions we went to see. Very clean, nice rooms, great flat screen TV. The contiental breakfast was just ok - we’ve had better. Would recommend the hotel.

Impressive

This hotel is a little gem. The staff and the accomodations more than met my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to the most discriminating traveler.

Great hotel, front desk staff was not friendly though

This hotel offers everything most travelers need. They have a 24 hour coffee, wine, sandwich, & salad bar which makes it nice if you come in late or leave early. The modern decor is impressive. The rooms are larger than I would have expected and the couch folds out so you can comfortably sleep 6 people. The free breakfast is great plus you can order hot food. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone for vacation or business-related travel.

Spacious rooms

The large room was perfect for us with 2 teens and a preschooler. My only complaint would be that the beds were double instead of queen. Always love the continental breakfasts and the Starbucks. Staff was helpful. Our room had a perfect view of the mountains.

Boys went river rafting for the first time and had the best time. Arkansas River Rafters in Cotopaxi were wonderful guides. A must for any teenager.

I loved this hotel. The staff were great, the room was nice and big and the beds were amazing.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

I stayed here for a wedding that was in Cascade, CO. It is close to the Garden of the Gods and only 45 minutes from Denver if you wanted to take a day trip like we did. It is a little far from Pikes Peak though. Overall, a great experience.

surprised, pleasantly.

Beds were possibly the most comfortable I have ever laid down on. Great tips on where to eat. The hotel was packed, but never heard another soul once in our rooms. The bathroom is very small, but otherwise the room is laid out surprisingly well. We shared a room with our grown son (2 double beds) because we were in town for a wedding and everyone had the privacy they needed to dress, etc. Nice suite-type layout. Good breakfast bar. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice Hotel

The staff was courteous and welcoming. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well kept with amenities such as an internet room that came in handy to help us locate some local attractions. The continental breakfast had a nice variety of items to choose from. Our over all impression of the hotel was great.

Nice hotel, hard mattress, very basic breakfast

The hotel was clean, and we had an excellent LCD TV in the room. However, the bathroom was very small. The mattress was very hard and painful to sleep on. And my bed was next to the AC, which was so close, it was blowing cold air on my feet all night long. Finally, the included breakfast was very sparse. Basically, toast, cereal and some fruits. If you wanted anything else you had to pay. One final quip would be that the hotel is not on a major road. In fact, it’s behind a gas station and there is no way to make a left turn to the Garden of the Gods road. They really need to install a traffic light.

Nice hotel and location

We thought this was a really nice hotel at a good price. We were surprised to find a few features that made the stay nicer - bed was slightly separated from the couch, bigger TV, lots of outlets. Good breakfast. The only thing we did not like was the small bathroom. The location is good for tourist activities - close to Garden of Gods and the old town.

We were very impressed with the attitudes of the hotel personnel. They wanted to please, do not find that very often anymore.

Wonderful!

Our entire experience was wonderful. When we checked in, we were given a tour of the facilities. I asked for suggestions for restaurants and cigar bars and was given a few as well as printed directions to get to them. The room was amazing! The large screen TV and large couch allowed the room to feel so much more comfortable than your average hotel room. Having a beer and wine bar in the lobby is a nice option when coming back to the hotel in the evening. The seating area for the continental breakfast, or just relaxing, was nice and spread out, so you didn’t feel like you were sitting right next to others. The staff was constantly restocking, cleaning, or picking up the area. I’ll definitely make a point to stay here again!

Surprisingly good hotel for its price and place in otherwise mundane Colorado Springs.

I think this place is pretty nice to stay. Free parking spot. Lol! Not completely satisfied, but I would recommend it.

Non Smoking Hotel

This is a non smoking hotel but in the room next to mine there was someone smoking an dyou could smell it in my room. But that was the only complaint that i had.
