Best Value in Gillette
Most of the hotels in this class were $25-50 more per night. This was a great value on a very nice, comfortable hotel.

Very nice
This is a very lovely hotel. I was there over the holiday and it was nearly deserted and very quiet. The pool was not open. The breakfast was fantastic!

Spacious Room
The Wingate is centrally located in Gillette and just off the highway 90. The hotel is in the process of remodeling, so it was a little interesting figuring out where the entrance to the lobby was. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and spacious. The continental breakfast was very average but there are many restaurnats nearby for meals. I would stay at the Wingate again.
Traveler's tip
Gillette is doing extensive roadwork(they are widening the road) at the intersection where you turn into this hotel. It makes getting in and out a little challenging, but there are back ways in and out.
