Suitable for my needs

The hotel was clean and staff very accommodating. A minor maintenance item was fixed immediately. Comfortable. During my stay the parking lot was used by several race car drivers to work on their cars and was noisy.

Have stayed here before

This is a nice motel that we have stayed at two other times. When we are in the area we will always plan to stay at this motel. The breakfast is very nutritional which is important to us also.

This is a very kid friendly motel with a nice swimming pool and nutritional breakfast.

Love Staying At This Hotel!

We stay at this hotel everytime we are in town and we are not disappointed. My ONLY complaint so far is they put us in the room right next to the laundry. The noise isn’t bad (they don’t run the laundry late at night) but the room is very humid. Otherwise, the staff is friendly, the breakfast adequate and the location superb.

Great place to stay!

Great location! Right off the interstate, yet quiet. Motel is on a dead-end street, so very little traffic. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Very family-friendly. Would definately stay there again!

Nice for the Price

They could have controled the temp of there lobby better, we went down to eat breakfast and it was so hot you couldnt even be comfy!!

I travel to Lincoln frequently and Have stayed at many of the hotels in town. This hotel is great for the price! It is a little tricky to get to but nothing common sense can’t take care of! When I’m in town for a short period of time I stay here! (I stay somewhere more central when I am in town for a longer period of time) Great stay, quiet and free breakfast!)

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

27th street has almost anything you could want if you need a bite to eat (fast food or sit down) shopping (wal-mart, toys r us and many other chains)

Early wake up call

Smoke alarm went off several times in the morning from waffle iron in the breakfast area. That would have been annoying had we not planned on getting up early.

Decent hotel

Not a bad hotel for the price. The room was clean, and the breakfast was average.

Only one complaint

The only issue -- the curved shower rod was barely on the wall (missing two screws), and so the rod hung down too low, making the curtain get under foot during a shower. I reported it the first day we were there (of four nights), and it never got fixed.

Great Place to Stay!!!

This was a great place to stay. We had the king non-smoking. Very spacious and clean. Price was great since there were no events going on in town. I’d recommend splurging and getting a suite!!! AAA+++

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Good breakfast, good price, clean rooms, spacious, hot tub and pool is a plus!! Definitely worth spending a lil more than a cheap-O, junk hotel.

From the outside driving by this hotel looks interesting. After a special promotion, my daughter and I tried it. Chunks of dirt on the stairwells and overall clutter and no corner cleaning. Biggest dissappointment was the highly advertised hot breakfast that was adequate at best. Hotel not disgusting, but this would be my last resort for the $.

We’ve stayed here a couple times now and each time has been great. Nice rooms, great location to I-80 and close to many attractions in Lincoln. Will definately stay again in the future.

Great customer service

As I am not familiar with the Lincoln area and there was extensive construction, hotel staff was great at getting me where I needed to be in the easiest and quickest route possible.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Booking online with Expedia made the trip affordable. In addition, check in and check-out was quick and easy. Booking with Expedia is the only way I reserve my hotel rooms.

Will stay again

Everything at the Settle Inn was very clean and orderly. The staff was friendly and helpful. I’d recommend staying here anytime.

Quiet and reasonable

I have stayed here before and will again. The hotel is comfortable, reasonably priced, and clean.

Traveler's tip on local attractions

I-80 Speedway (Nebraska Raceway Park) at the Greenwood exit. 15-20 miles east on I-80. Great place to spend a Sunday night in the summer.

Very impressive

We got there to check in at 3:30pm and found out our room wasn’t ready yet. Instead of making us wait for the room to get cleaned they went ahead and gave us a different room.

Price is competitive with other motels, the included breakfest is step above donuts and cereal. Breakfest area is nice and roomy.

Fairly decent overall

Overall the hotel was pleasant, though they did seem to have some maintenance issues with the hot tub, it being closed more than it was open while we were there, which was slightly disappointing. Their continental breakfast was nice, they had waffle irons and batter out to make your own waffles in the morning, if you woke up early enough to do so.
