Safe Choice
As with most higher end hotels in China this is a safe choice to stay. Nothing really made the hotel stand out from the crowd. My only negative was the business centre would not sent a package for me and told me to find somewhere to get a small box. However the young guy at the concierge desk fixed up everything including posting the package for me. Maybe this guy should run the business centre.

Best in Shenzhen
This is one of the best hoetls I have ever stayed in! The property, amenities, staff are all terrific.
