Very friendly staff, cute decor in rooms, very comfy with the fireplace. I will stay here again next time I’m in the area.

quiet, comfortable place to stay
extremely comfortable place to stay. nicely decorated room. comfy bed, (that’s important).reasonable rates, comsidering its so close to monterey and carmel. was surprise on the comfort and how relaxing the area is. not the hussel and bussel or if u stayed closer to town.

nice location, but it could be better
The location of the hotel is great, right next to beach and gulf court. However, the hotel is kind of old. It has wet kind of smell. Their quilt is felt like wet, not sure why. For 2 nights stay, it should be good enough.
