Offseason bargain

Really nice condo, nicely furnished. Great price offseason [not ski season]. A couple of downsides are only one of two showers worked, no elevator[we struggled a bit carrying luggage and groceries up multi flights of stairs at 10,000 ft altitude. Otherwise, very enjoyable.

Nice restaurants in 2-3 blocks. City market grocery is half mile away.

Spacious Breck Condo

Spacious, comfortable and well maintained condo. All the amentities. Very brief walk to Main Street and all the shops/restaurants.

Relaxing

For the price, this is a very good value. Condo is very spacious and well maintained. We really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the condo; the amount of space and having 2 bathrooms!

We enjoyed visiting all of the local shops. They are within easy walking distance. Also, lots of good restaurants.

Good place but needs better maintenance response

The room was as promised, but the stairway and hallway lights to access it were out. We climbed the stairs by the twi-light and/or parking lot light that came through a window above the outside door. On the second floor we had to feel for the lock and guess at the key orientation in near total darkness. We told the front desk (open only 8AM to mid-afternoon in June) about that problem the next morning. We were told it would be fixed, but it was not fixed for the 3 days we were there. Overall I’d say this was a very comfortable place to stay, but if I were to go back I would be more insistent on having the stairs and hallways properly lighted, for safety as well as access to the room.

A good place to stay that’s close to everything

My family and I really liked this condo. It was spacious, well appointed, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything necessary to cook a meal (from a utensil point of view). I only had two complaints: During the time of year that we came, the office closed at 5pm, and though they left us the key, I would have liked to talk to someone. Second, don’t book it for the pool, as it’s not located on the property and not at all convenient to get to. Other than that, a great place that’s probably even better during the ski season.

Great Place to Stay

I would definitely stay at the Pine Ridge Condos again. It was truly a ski in facility. Getting out to the lifts was as easy as catching the bus shuttle right outside. Main mountain at third stop, less than 5 minutes. Room was very comfortable and ski lockers downstairs were extremely convenient. Downtown Breckenridge a short half block walk away.

Pleasantly suprised!

Being one of the less expensive condos during spring break I was expecting less quality. Was very pleased! BIG roomy condo! clean, full kitchen, 2 baths. Will return!!!

Great Rental Condo

We have stayed in condo’s before that were rated well but were not as nice as the rating this one fit its rating.

Good location!!

Ski in was fantastic. Right to the door of unit 4A. One of the twin beds broke mid stay so this was unfortunate and the hot tub near our unit was under repair. Had to go across the street. There was a lot of space for us so it did work out well for a buys ski trip.

Ate at the highly recomended Swiss Haven restaurant and was not impressed.

We liked it so much we will return next year.

Great Stay!

We stayed here for a 3 day ski trip. We were able to literally ski right up to the entrance of our building. Lift is about 150 yards, uphill, but there is a bus stop right outside the condos if you’re lazy like us. Rooms were clean and spacious. Outdoor hot tub was nice and convenient. I would definitely plan stay here again. The bathrooms appeared to be recently remodeled in our condo, so I would guess that they are updating all the condos.

Fatty’s Pizzeria - probably the best pizza I’ve had. We just picked up an order to go, but also looked like a cool place to have a drink and dine at.

A great location next to shuttle to lift. Hotel was extremely clean with lots of room. Fireplace was awesome as was the large hot tub! I will definitely go back again!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pine Ridge. It’s very easy to access the slopes and to walk to the city. The bus stop is right next to the condos. There is plenty of parking and the condos had hot tubs, pool, and work out facilities. Also, the rooms were very spacious and were great - nice fireplace, lots of warm blankets, stocked with cooking utensils, great showers, DVD player, wireless internet, etc. I would come back here for sure in the winter, as well as the summer time.

If you are staying here, just beware that there are plenty of stairs to climb if you have one of the condos on the top floors. It might be a little more difficult to carry all of your luggage upstairs, but you could always request a unit on a lower floor.

Fun in the Snow

Pine Ridge Condominiums is located off the Four O’Clock Run, so it is very convenient for returning at the end of the day. A shuttle bus is available to take you just a few blocks to the lift. Also, very close to town.

There are no elevators, so be sure to ask for a ground floor if this is a problem.

Great time!

We have stayed in some run-down condos in Breck so were pleasantly surprised with this one. The units here are privately owned, and it was attractive, spacious and clean. We had a one-bedroom with two full baths, and the unit had a small washer/dryer. The busstop was right across the street, town is a 2-block walk away and Snowflake Lift is just up the hill.

There is a City Market down the street, so ate some meals in the condo and enjoyed the kitchen.

Good location, good place

This condo was in a good location for getting on the lifts and getting into town. We had the 2 bedroom and loft which was good for our family of 5. The hot tub was fairly far away from unit 15, considering the outside temp of -5 degrees. comfortable and practical

The ski rental at snowflake lift, just up the street, gave a good discount to those staying in the 4 o’clock area.

Great Family Condo

We went to Breckenridge with our 4 children and another couple and their child.The 2 bdrm plus loft at Pine Ridge was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The loft had a set of bunk beds, a single bed and futon bed. Plus pull-out sofa in living rm. Great location, could walk to lift at the end of the street, ski home via four o’clock run passing in back of condo, or catch the shuttle. Would recommend renting children’s skiis at ski school for storage puposes or you’ll be hauling skiis all over town. Condo did have great ski storage closet however. Short walk to main street was convenient for dining and shopping. Main street area was beautifully charming. Taxi took us to get groceries at nearby Publix, waited and brought us back. Views from Condo were awesome. We were accidently overbooked for last night, so they moved us to a basic 2 bdrm and gave us refund for last night there.

Excellent location

Easy walk to Snowflake chair or into town, along with a spacious living room, made this a very good choice.

Great Location on Four O’Clock

We were very pleased with the location. The bus stop is right at the condos and ski-in was a cinch. I literally could ski right up to the door. It is not a ski out location, but again the bus stop is right there and downtown is an easy walk. We never used the car for skiing, shopping or eating out.

If you only wanted to ski Breckenridge, you could easily take transportation to your condo and never need a vehicle.

Very nice, convenient condo

stayed over a weekend in December. 2bed/2 bath unit. unit had enough room for 3 to 4 couples easily. 4 oclock run comes to the back door for ski in service. must take shuttle to lift, but wait is very minimal. walk to town is close. we really enjoyed this condo for its convenience and amenities.

Great location

This condo complex has a great location, just a few minutes walk to "Downtown" Breckenridge. The one bedroom unit was large and comfortable. The bathrooms are dated, but serviceable and clean. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.
