Good activities but...
I enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel because of the great activities for children and the foam party for adults. The service was wonderful but I was disappointed with the room. It was not as clean as I wanted it to be. The room was also small and plain. Good size pool and fabulous location.
Great place for families with small children. Great location too.

the hotel is very nice and comfortable but the night shift staff r not really trained overall it is a good choice

Not impressed
Check-in was a pain. I forgot the confirmation email at home so they asked me to look it up online on one of the lobby computers. I wrote the confirmation number down on a piece of paper and when I got back to the check-in area, they asked me to go back and print the confirmation. By that time, after 11 hours of traveling, I found it extremely rude and unsympathetic that they would ask such a thing since all they needed was a confirmation number. Apart from that, they would nickel and dime you on everything else. The only nice things about the hotel were the pool and spa (a little pricey but they sometime have promotions.) I would not go back to Pattaya just because of the atmosphere but at the same time, I would not recommend the hotel because of the service.
