Good London experience
We stayed in a superior room and it was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was outstanding. Would stay here again. Have experienced numerous stays in London, this was the best.

"Pleasantly surprised"
I found the Windermere Hotel to be a good experience. I was pleasantly surprised with the overall caliber of the hotel. The staff at the front desk were excellent; my room was small for two persons but it was nice and clean; the location, too, was very good. The hotel was close to the theatre and in walking distance of Victoria Station. I highly recommend the Windermere. It met my criteria: clean, safe and centrally located.
