9/25 throuth 9/26 stay

Great location, in a band that was playing at the Cabo over the weekend and this was 1.5 miles from the hotel. Get there, the lady at the desk was not a very pleasant person, more folks came in and were equally as non-engaging. The last gentlemen I spoke to was the nicest one, and even he had to be smoothed out with common conversation. Only issue, 3am after getting back to room at 2:30 our neighbor’s tv is blasting, I try to call the room/knock on the door, no answer, call the front desk, gentlemen says no problem, I got this. Fifteen minutes later the tv is STILL blasting, this time I call, not as pleasant as the first time and the guy FINALLY comes upstairs and addresses the situation. I am a big fan of customer service, which most of you know reading this, is a dying art. That being said I would give the hotel another go, based on location and surrounding amenenties alone. Note to staff - Great customer service guarantees repeat customers.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

Room curtains still let in more light than expected, were sleeping goggles if you need complete darkness, and that could also be based on the room location we had, upstairs.

Couldn’t believe it

I was suprised when I arrived in my room to find that the A/C was in fact a fan and the heater was in fact a portable heater. These items are ones that could be purchased at any store that carries fans and heaters. The light over the vanity stopped working and they wanted me to remain in the room even though there was a chance that a problem with the wiring caused the light not to work. Overall, I was not happy with the room or the service.

Nice and Comfy

This is a nice little inexpensive hotel. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the location was central, Wi Fi was fast and the staff nice. Exactly what I like in a hotel. I would stay there again without a doubt.
