Wouldn’t do it again
Mattress was hard as concrete Found big long hairs in bedding and towels Came back to my room from day of shopping to find the door to my room propped open

was alright
When we got there and checked in, there was a little confusion on how long we would be there. After it was cleared up we went to our room. Was alright,bed a little harder then I am use to. Was faily clean and quite at night to be able to rest. Had to drive to activites and the breakfast could of offered a little more. The german lady was kinda rude and snappy at the breakfast time. The other lady was very sweet and friendly,making up for the rude one. I think I wouldnt mind staying again if I am in that area again.

Very unsatisfied
The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The franchise owners were the worst people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They were rude and did anything possible to put their guests at an inconvenience. The owners would attempt to collect charges for misc. items that would normaly be complimentry at another hotel. Not impressed and will never stay again.
