Disappointed
We were on the rode when we called for a reservation and the Hotel receptionist wanted to call us back... I always thought phone reservations took presidence over someone checking in at the desk. Then when we finally got a reservation and said we would be a late arrival we asked for a late checkout and we were flat out told "No". The next morning we asked a different receptionist on duty and she said "no problem". We were disappointed with the breakfast also. No fruit or healthy foods.

Convenient location
Chose this as a midpoint between our trip in Iowa and flight out of Minneapolis. it was very convenient and comfortable.

Free breakfast
I would have liked to have some fruit at the free breakfast. Bananas, apples, oranges, for example. I would have liked to have a coffee machine in my room.
