Take Warning!
I should have been clued in when I read "Fairgrounds" that this would not be the cleanest hotel. It was right off the freeway and was very loud due to the freeway traffic.

Friendly and helpful people
People at the hotel were very friendly and halpful in terms of giving directions, pointing out places to eat nearby and that sort of thing. My only observation is that they didn’t take the trash out everyday.
