above expectations
We were happy with the service and the over all quality of the hotel. We even had an unexpected private outdoor area off our room to enjoy the glorious mornings with a cup of coffee. The little restaurant next door was an added surprise. Never having been to Rapid City,S.D. it was great to have such great accommidations, just picking it over the internet.

Check out the little restaurant across the street called Summerset Bistro. It was great food!!

Good hotel, but out of the way
We were expecting this to be right in rapid city since it is in the name, but it is in the city of blackhawk, about a 20-30 minute drive. It was really inconvenient and we couldn’t just walk over to get anything we needed in downtown rapid city.

Great place to spend the night!
My girlfriend and I ofund this hotel to be very accomidating for the little use we needed out of it. It was just a quick stay on the way to Mt. Rushmore! Nice hot tub, clean and comfy rooms! A tad pricey, but everything was up there in price.
