A very affordable hotel.
Location is very convenient to the beach and to the Daytona Beach Oceanwalk. I stayed there myself alone, and spent very little time in the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly. It works very well for people, who wants to save money --people like me.

Old hotel - very run down
For the price of the room, I would have expected a newer look even if the building it’s self is old. Needs new paint and doors that don’t stick. Pool not very clean and the lawn needed to be mowed.

It works but don’t expect too much
I found the hotel to be old and in fair condition but clean. On my third night I got wash cloths and the door was hard to work. The small "kitchen" came with one knife, one small pot, two bowls,and a towel. I guess you get what you pay for.
