Okay....
Best to get a view over the street, the view towards the aquaduct is not very scenic. The first room we were given had long standing damp, so we moved to a nicer room. Other than that the rooms were nice, not huge but fine. The breakfast lady was pretty unhelpful and grumpy. But it is a pleasant, clean hotel to stay in - a bit out of town, but you can walk or get the metro a few stops. So if this is your price tag and you can’t get anywhere nearer town -stay here.

Really near Sporting and Benfica football grounds and you can walk to the Gulbenkian museum and concert hall.

Excellent hotel with ideal location
The Mercure Lisboa is excelentlly located near the Gugelkeim Museum, a railway station (Sette Tios), the subway station, near a shopping mall and with excellent restaurant around it. The walk from the hotel to downtown is also delightful. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are quite big, the staff are very courteous and helful, and the restaurant is very good. I recommend this place 100%

A big bang for the buck
Very nice hotel. Not located in the "tourist center" wich for me is a plus, both in terms of pricing and atmosphere. Nice breakfast (extra) and staff. The room space is american standard, which is a bonus in Europe.
