Felt Pampered!

This Hyatt was a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and pleasant. I loved the Starbucks 24 hour service bar! The room was like a small suite and the Hyatt Bed was, as always, incredible.

Would definitely go back

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel and were both pleasantly surprised. The continental breakfast was really nice and the room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and we liked the exercise room as well. We really liked the overall experience and would definitely stay again.

Outstanding - My Best Hotel Experience in 2008-2009

New, contemporary clean, immensely comfortable, great staff and location. The rooms are large and well laid out, the bed clean and very comfortable as are the pillows, the TV extremely large and viewable from both the bedroom and living room. The staff were available, professional and courteous. My best hotel experience in 2008-2009. Highly recommended.

Hotel exceeded expectations

The hotel was clean and attractive. The room had plenty of space and was decorated very tastefully. The king size bed was comfortable and the big screen tv was a plus. I would recommend this hotel.

I was surprised at how nice this property was for the rate that I got. The staff was very friendly and attentive during my stay. The room was very comfortable, and the television was amazing for any type of hotel. I really liked the different inputs for the hotel television - and this would be a great choice for a room if you wanted to invite some clients up for a presentation. I go to this area once a month - and going forward, will always stay here.

Check out Pinnacle Hills Promenade. An excellent outdoor mall that is as nice as you would find anywhere in the country.

Nice Business Hotel

I did not know that this was Hyatt’s version of Holiday Express. While the hotel and the ’available’ Guest Services was excellent, this was not what I had expected for a Leisure trip with my family - expected, atleast, room service to be available. Since this trip was planned at the last minute, I did not check everything out - just looked at the Star-Rating and Customer Rating. So, this was my oversight. Again, this is a very nice hotel for Business type visits, just not for Leisure.

Second year in a row to stay. As good as the first.

Breakfast needs improving. Maybe a full time cook to serve customers instead of a deskclerk.

Above & Beyond Expectations

Expecting nothing more than a place to rest my head. I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality and comfort of the room at this hotel to be above and beyond my expectations. The setup and comfort of the room provided me with a relaxing stay. The staff was very courteous and helpful, going out of their way to assure satisfaction.

Wonderful Experience

I booked this hotel at the last minute. The service at the front dest was exceptional. The room and sitting area was clean and comfortable.It was nice to finally stay at a hotel that had free internet service. I definately will stay at this hotel again.

I did not know what to expect from this hotel, but I was blown away. Great layout in the room, very comfortable beds, and great Television. Staff was very helpful. I would stay at this hotel anytime.

Pleasantly surprised!

We were in the area to visit the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. It was the only option we were comfortable with as so many of the other hotels that were closer to the school were sold out. It was a short drive, about 15 minutes away, but traffic was not bad. It was just off the highway too. We were really pleased with this hotel. The ammenities were very nice, modern, clean, and efficient. It was relatively new and it felt that way. The service was good, breakfast was also good for a continental breakfast. All in all, we would definitely return.

Great room / Comfortable Bed

Room was very nicely decorated. My daughter and I enjoyed the large screen TV. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Only had two problems. One night smelled cigarette smoke coming into the bedroom. Seemed to be coming through a vent. The in-room air conditioner was too noisy to run at night. My 4 year-old kept asking me to turn it off "it is too noisy". Will definitely stay there again, but will check A/C before getting unpacked.

Express checkout was a great feature, but it did not work for me. Breakfast set up was very convenient. Front desk extremely helpful and accomodating. Rooms were extremely comfortable and spacious.

wanted to stay longer!

The decor was a comfortable type of contemporary/classis design. Very well kept, I believe it was rather new. My boys loved the big, flat screen HDTV. The beds were very, very comfortable. I want to stress this point, very comfortable which is obviously important to me. Very roomy. We will definitely stay at this motel often if my son attends the University of Arkansas.

Being from Plano/Dallas we were suprised that all restaurants and fast food places had closed by 11:00 on a Friday night! The IHOP was open but not for us! Plan ahead. The hotel had a some sandwiches and premade salads left. They were not bad but a bit expensive.
