Location, location, location
I had called the hotel in advance to see if there were restaurants and businesses near to the hotel as if there were not, we would need to rent a car. I was told that there were not. However, upon arrival, we found that there were businesses not too far away (within a mile) and there were several restaurants within a very short distance (1 block) of the hotel. We ended up feeling like we had rented a car when we did not need to.

nice, attractive, clean, hotel with all amenities and nice staff
Will definitely stay here next time I am in Denver. Everything was great and the price was reasonable.
