Expected more
The hotel was nice, but not worth the money!! We expected better service, and better food quality. there was a "service surcharge" on our bill, which they explained as tips basically. During our trip we also stayed at another hotel called Millennium Knightsbridge, which was half the price. the rooms were not as nice, but the hotel lobby was nicer, and it was in a better location. the Tube was on the same street, and the street had much better lighting. I recommend to go somewhere else

Convenient and quiet
Rooms are compact (not unusual in London) but very comfortable and very sound proof from both internal and external noise. The staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is located conveniently near Knightsbridge tube station.
Traveler's tip
You should be aware that an optional service charge (tip) is added to your bill on a daily basis so you need not tip individuals per service. There is a Waitrose Market around the corner as well as a Starbucks.
