Third time I have been there

I love this hotel. The rooms are very nice. I love that it has a couch, chair, wet bar with frig, microwave and sink. My daughter, 3 grandkids and I stayed there and there was plenty of room for all of us. The free breakfast is awesome. the staff is on top of replenishing the food when it runs out. The pool is small but there usually aren’t alot of people in it so its fine. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great Location

This hotel is in a great location about 5 miles west of downtown Minneapolis. There are many nearby restaurants, coffee shops and ample shopping.

Great Value

The hotel was easy to find and they had turn-by-turn directions available at the front desk to all the places that we wanted to go. The breakfast was enough to keep us going until supper. The hot tub was actually hot and my children had a blast at the pool. The rooms were equipped with 2 tv’s which my kids thought was cool. I look for rooms with a microwave and refrigerator and this hotel had it all and the price was right.

The neighborhood was nice and clean and there was a grocery store nearby and also Fridays was right across the street. I also saw a Home Depot, Dairy Queen, Arby’s and several other businesses within walking distance. We will definitely go back!!

Would definately stay again

This was exactly what I would want in a hotel stay. The room was a great size...13 year old and 8 year old each had their own place to sleep with the 2 queens and pull out couch...breakfast was delicious and had something for us all.

I was very satisfied with the cleanliness, quality, and location of the hotel. I would recommend it to anyone.

Not bad at all

When we checked in the front desk employee remembered talking to me on the phone two weeks prior to see if I needed to bring a crib and mentioned that he forgot to have one sent to our room. They did that right away. It was a clean room and the service was great. They even had a hot breakfast with a waffle bar and oatmeal. I would definately go back and stay again as well as recommend this to others.

Good location; sub-par staff

Staff is not particularly friendly, especially the front desk. Having been in the hotel business in the past, I found the front desk to be the weakest aspect of this hotel. Also, somewhat difficult to access, but close to everything (if you are driving).

Everything was top-notch. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was extremely comfortable.

Traveler's tip on shopping

Costco is within walking distance as well as several other shops.

Would Stay Here Again

My wife and I used this hotel for an overnight getaway and really enjoyed it. Great room, great price, and a fantastic morning breakfast buffet with lots of helpful employees who had authentic, pleasant demeanors (not the fakey, obsequious kind). Very nice people (employees) and very nice hotel. The pool was somewhat smallish, however, and the hotel was pretty busy, so we passed on swimming or hot tubbing.

Very friendly staff, great location, and comfy rooms!

Take snacks and drinks. You have a great little dinnette area with fridge, microwave, and sink. I always forget to bring dish soap!

We stumbled upon this place after reading other reviews. Good breakfast, spacious rooms. Was pleasantly surprised.

Very comfortable stay

This is not a luxury hotel, but a very comfortable hotel. Good location and great breakfast, including make-your-own waffles. We’ve stayed here twice, and will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

This is a very nice hotel and we would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was exceptional..lots of choices. The rooms were large and very clean.

Very Comfortable

I have atayed at this hotel multiple times. The service is very good and the facility maintainence is excellent. The breakfast selection is excellent.

Very nice overall

All staff here were very nice, except the cleaning staff was a little strange. Also, we had to ask 3 times for our room to be cleaned the next day and to get fresh towels. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from and the pool was nice. Would stay again.

A Nice Place to Stay

A great Hotel for a weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious, clean, and inviting. The complimentary breakfast buffet each morning was a real treat. We will hopefully be back soon.

convenient location

The room was very comfortable and spacious. I liked that there was an iron and ironing board in the room. The breakfast had a large selection of cold and hot items. The only difficulty I had was with the phone. It had a message button flashing that I couldn’t access so I had to go down to the front desk.

Loved the Suite

I really loved to have a suite and not the high price for it. It had frig, microwave, sink. Couch and comfortable chair. The bedroom had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 children. Breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be going back

Very good hotel

good hotel overall, the rooms are a little small though. Forgot an electric toothbrush, and called back about it and did not get it.

Great Stay

Looking for alone time or traveling with children this hotel is an excellent choice. The staff is friendly and willing to help if needed. The rooms are spacious and the sitting area is an added bonus. The full breakfast offered at this hotel is an actual full breakfast catering to all. The 24-hour fitness center is a plus for those with a busy schedule.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

For those shoppers out there this hotel is not far from the Mall of America. There is also an outlet mall in Albertville that is about a 25-30 minute drive.
