Lovely & comfortable room at a great price!

The hotel was lovely. The room was large, quiet, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very quiet. FREE underground parking, with easy elevator access. Nice indoor lap pool & hot tub. The only downside could be its location to the downtown shopping area. The hotel is a good 15 to 20 min. walk. This could present a problem in inclement weather.

Traveler's tip on dining

Bumpers resturant was excellent. It’s one of the few resturants that includes a salad bar with the meal. The prime rib, their speciality, was excellent! I found the portions generous and the prices reasonable compared to most Banff resturants.

Bicycles and DVDs

This hotel went the extra mile by offering the free use of bicycles for exploring around town and DVDs to watch in your room. It was a quiet and comfortable stay.
