Crestwood Suites - Greensboro

Impressed

I was very impressed with Crestwood Suites. This was the first experience with Crestwood, and I’ll be staying there the next time I’m in Greensboro, NC.

No complaints, ever!

I have reason to stay here frequently as I have a child who attends college in the area. It’s always inexpensive, clean and quiet. And having 24-hour laundry on-site is also quite convenient. The staff is friendly, too!

Wish that Crestwood was on our vacation route

I was pleasently suprised after checking into the room, it was clean and well furnished. I will be staying here again.

Uncomfortable beds

The Hotel was clean and the service was very nice. My only complaint was with the mattress. It was very uncomfortable. I felt I was laying on a concrete slab. If they got new mattresses, I would highly recommend this for an affordable stay.

The beds were not sturdy and the couch was two recliners pushed together w/the arms removed.

The Room was clean, the fixtures were in working order and it was quite.

So unsanitary refused to register and stay

So much hair on bed from previous occupants, looked as if bed had been straightened and no linen changed. All furniture heavily soiled.Unpleasant odor thru out.

Stay Away

No frills but big, clean and reasonable

I didn’t use the full kitchen, except to make ice. I would have traded it for an ice machine, and change for the vending machines, which the desk wouldn’t provide, and maybe another vending machine or two. No room service, so the bed and towels were just the way I left them that morning. Mattress felt sort of cheap but I like the crisp cotton sheets. Move the shower bar away about a foot. Got up in the middle of the night to adjust the AC. Not super sound proof.

Excellent for the price

I was very pleased with my stay and accomodations. The matress was VERY firm, but that’s the only complaint I would have.

It was alright

One of the hotels allowing pets but they definitely don’t bother cleaning up after them. Service wasn’t too bad but the floor was sticky and there were obvious stains on the furniture.

Just bring bedroom shoes.

Not impressed

The non-smoking room still smelled like a smoking room. It is OK and reasonable for a one night stay if you have pet ($15 surcharge), but the cleanliness is such that I would not stay at this hotel for an extended period. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Close to PTI airport & I40. Clean rooms & friendly staff. Good value. Would stay again.

Shower had hair all in it

Shower was nasty. The floor in the hall was also nasty. The front desk people were nice

hallways smelled of a wet dog. room was not very clean. was told that couch pulled out into a bed and it only reclined. door was very difficult to close. no lock on bathroom door. i could go on for hours.

Disappointed in room Refresh

The room was clean upon arrival. The room had a kitchenette which had all we needed to prepare simple meals and full size frig. We were told we would get a room refresh on the 4th day. No one came, we notified desk and they said we were on the schedule for service that day. Desk gave us clean towels and a new trash bag. We stayed Sunday thru Saturday and never got a refresh. Bed was very hard. Setting was quiet and a good value for the cost of the room.

There were numerous choices to dine within 2 miles. We ate at Steak Street, and The Japanese Steak House, Captain’s Cove just adjacent to the Hotel was very good with a wide variety of choices.

To look classy on the outside, it’s nasty on the inside!

In our room there was caked-up carpet dust in every corner, the couch that was in the sitting area was stained, smelly, and unclean. There was no daily service unless you requested it and if you needed new towels you had to take them to the front desk yourself. There was also only 1 elevator for the whole building. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The outside was very nice but the cleanliness was not there on the inside.

I was very pleased with my stay at Crestwood Suites

worth it

The room was very nice for the money. The only problem was that the pictures were very misleading. The pics made it look like a true "suite" and thats not the case. Your "living room" is a reclining loveseat practically at the foot of the beds. There is no separation at all. Nice kitchen and nice room, just very small. Not like a suite.

I knew I would not arrive until 1AM. I called on my way and was told that was not a problem. With Expedia late check in I could get there any time. Even at that time of night the desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful

Not the best experience, but not the worst...

Crestwood Suites was a mixed experience. Room was very spacious, but there was no hot water at the bathroom sink (faucet appeared to be the problem), the television kept flashing an error message every time I tried to use it, one of the bedside lights was burnt out and the remaining one was so dim it was impossible to read by it. Very poor maintenance at this property. For the price, I cannot recommend it.

Not a bad deal

This hotel was in a good location, and a very good price. However, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the walls were thin and there was no continental breakfast. If you’re looking for a safe place to stay for a good price, I’d recommend this hotel. If you’re staying for longer than a few days go somewhere more comfortable.
