excelent hotel good price

Breakfast hotel not to good, buth the rest was perfect, good attention, nice building, excelent spa and pool,a#1

Great Experience!

Staying at the Fairmont was a great experience. My besides the luxurious facilities, oasis like pools, space-age elevators, hip art, dizzying array of good restaurants, the service could not be beat. The concierges became friends, the doormen personal greeters and all felt like allies whose pleasure it was to see that your stay was as effortless and memorable as possible. I didnt want to leave.

Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks

Great location for the trade show-short walk up and over. There is a little mall a short walk (turn right) from the hotel, complete with grocery store (try the Mangosteen fruits..exotic heaven) and a great Italian Cafe. General service interaction- Don’t over tip (we are the "whales" and will be taken as such). The city is easy to get around and most everyone is very accommodating.

Extremely satisfied with the service.

Service was very good and the employees were very polite with the hotel customers. Also the bar, restaurants and spa were really good.

Magnificient for Business or leisure

Great staff very helpful always attemptive it did not matter the time day or late night.

Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay

-Gold members room/suites club is the way to go it includes the lounge which serve -Light breakfast always there -Light snacks in the evenings and midnight -Take short day trips-enjoy the hotel it has a lot to offer

Nice hotel

got a great deal off of expedia for the summer. Well worth it bceause it is a true 5 star hotel in terms of service and comfort. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Will stay there again. Shutte driver to the emirates mall a bit crazy tough

Worst Check In

Overall the hotel is good but my room was not ready till 7:30pm. and they kept me waiting in the lobby with a dealy after delay since 2:00pm.
