Highly recommend!

This is a perfect place if you really want quiet relaxation and a true escape! The staff waited on us hand and foot without being imposing. We were there five days and left the resort once for a day trip; but we would have been perfectly content to stay there the whole time. The included ammenities, i.e. private airport transfer service, sunset catamaran sail, massage, 24 hour room service, yoga on the pier, etc., only made us feel more pampered!

Impressive!

This was the most elegant and impressive resort we have visited in our 14+ years of domestic and international traveling. The all-suite facility was gorgeous and the staff was very responsive to our needs and "wants." Our suite was huge with a living room, a separate sitting area, king size bed in a large bedroom, and a bathroom you could almost get lost in with a sunken tub, separate shower, two basins and lots of storage. We also had two balconies, one with lounges and a hammock. And to top it all, we were only 20’ from the ocean water. It was a great place to "just chill" and enjoy the sun and warm weather. Not a lot of boisterous activities, so you could really relax. Spa was one of the best we’ve visited. Guests were both young and old, American and European and Spanish speaking. Food was superb. Bar/food service was phenomenal. Very cheerful, polite, friendly and responsive attendants. The sandy beach was constantly groomed by sand filtering equipment. It will be on our "must return" list of resorts.

The resort was elegant. Guests were treated to a wonderful mix of sun, sand, pool, great food, great beverages, exquisite service and quiet. Don’t expect a lot of boisterous, loud activities as there are none. The loudest thing about the place...the parrots and macaws! But sometimes, that’s where you want to be.

Wonderful staff

The hotel staff was so friendly and completely attentative. From the time they picked up up at the airport until they brought us back, it helped to make our stay so relaxing. We did take the boat trip tp the village to shop but I would not reccomend it to others. The shopping was contained within one block and it was really only 4-5 shops all of which seemed to contain the same items for purchase. Other than that, we did not travel outside of the resort itself.
