Very helpful
We will likely return to The Lofts on the next trip to Columbus. The online room rate was unbeatable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities that were not available at the Lofts were at the sister hotel the Crown Plaza which is connected and uses a common drive entry. The building, a former factory, is far more interesting than the standard hotel. It may not qualify as a "10" but is very nice.

Excellent Stay
The hotel was worth the price!! We enjoyed our stay there and will definitely go back. The staff was very friendly and the location can’t be beat. We really enjoyed our stay and can’t say enough about the place....

Not impressed
The room was not clean nor stocked. You could never reach room service. The carpets as well as the furniture were stained and dusty. Just not clean nor comfortable.
