Good stay, breakfast
Staff was very attentive and respectful to our needs. Free continental breakfast was good, Belgian waffles and the rest. The room condition was pretty good, there were minor cosmetic repairs that could be made, but did not affect the functionality of the room. There was a faint cigarette smoke smell in the hallway and in our room on a supposedly non-smoking floor. Our clothes smelled like stale smoke when we got home. Nothing too flashy, but a good stay for the money.

Some of the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves for no extra charge, be sure to ask for one of those rooms if those amenities are something you like to use.

Not impressed
The front desk was too busy attending other people on the telephone to greet us and to handle our reservation. We had to wait at least 25 minutes till she got off the phone. Our alarm clock went off at 3 A M (we did not set the alarm), 10 minutes later it went off again. Hard to fall back to sleep again after such a disturbense. In the other room my cousin had set the alarm and it did not go off.....

Excellent Service
This is a small hotel but the best service I have had in a long time! The staff was very helpful and assisted me when I was struggling to bring things to my room after a long day, without being asked!
