Nice hotel
Hotel conditions were very nice, room very comfortable. Service was not the best. Front desk couldn’t make change for the snack bar items located right there at the front desk. Shuttle service from airport back to hotel was bad. Long wait. We discovered that the hotel supervisor was using the shuttle to pick up her employers. We must have called for pick up at shift change because she left and returned with new employees at least twice that we saw.

Convenient to the airport
The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would stay there again.

Too busy
This is a nice business hotel. We arrived at ~9pm and there were several people in line as I believe a group from a canceled flight had been sent to the hotel. There was only one person at the desk that evening, but we didn’t have to wait long. We had to call the front desk 4 times get a roll-away bed for our room. In addition to the hotel restaurant, there is only one (not so great) restaurant in the vicinity. When I asked whether there area other restaurants in the area, the reply was simply ’no’. We ordered room service and it was delivered on time and of good quality.
Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay
If you stay here, and unless you have a car and can drive to other restaurants in north Houston, plan on eating at the hotel restaurant. It’s standard American fare - nothing fancy - but good quality.
