Friendly, super nice staff, but...
The building was very old and musty. The dehumidifier was so loud that it drowned out the noise of the very busy street we were on. The lights above the vanity didn’t work, but the staff was quick to replace the bulbs and left the old bulbs leaning against the wall for a day. Did I mention the stale bagels for breakfast?

Nice Place, Will Stay Again
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and larger than expected. Bathroom was clean, shower head nice and high (I’m tall, so sometimes I have issues with this), great water pressure, plenty of towels (4 each bath towels, hand towels and washcloths). Wi fi in the room worked great - no problems connecting or staying connected. We didn’t try the heat or AC as the temperature was perfect. The room had a dehumidifier that cycled on and off. Our room had a reasonably comfortable soft chair with ottoman, my mom’s room had a love seat/hide-a-bed and coffee table. Our only complaints were that the vending machines weren’t stocked and there was a bar near the wing we stayed in that played pretty loud music. It was definitely muffled by the door and window, but still audible. We didn’t find it to be a problem but some might.
