Nice hotel
This was a very nice hotel.. The services were great and the attentiveness of the staff was very good. My friends wireless internet wasn’t working and they even had an 800 number for her to call and the person manning that helped her to get it fixed quickly.

Not impressed
Room had a stale smoke odor even though it was booked as a non-smoking room. Next time we’ll pay a little more and upgrade to a different hotel. Had it not had the old smoke odor, our stay would have been more pleasant.

Reasonable & Clean
We were very satisfied with our stay. The outside street noise in our room was kind of loud. But we just turned on the fan in the room and it drowned the noise out.

Fine for price
The room was not spectacular, but served it’s function - clean, enough amenities. The staff were friendly and responsive. My only complaint was that there was noise from the adjacent room that was intrusive when I was trying to sleep....but that happens in hotels sometimes.

fine for the money
Can’t complain. Reasonable, easy access to everywhere. Nothing special, but we didn’t need that.

Stressed out
I took my mother for surgery ad we had to be at the hospital by 5am. It wasn’t until around 8am that I realized I was not wearing my wedding ring and that I left it in the room. I called the motel and told them my situation and that I wouldn’t be able to get back for a while. When I arrived at the motel the front desk clerk said that they just left the room the way it was and housekeeping had not gone in yet. Thankfully I found my ring pretty much where I thought it would be. I was so happy that my ring was one less thing I had to worry about that day!

Great Price, Great Place
This Hotel is affordable and Comfortable. The only trouble I had was being in a room next to the stairs and kids from the local gymnastics team running up and down them all night. Except that minor flaw, it was great.

Very clean
The hotel overall was very clean and has had new carpet put in. The downside was that the air conditioner was extremely noisy and was difficult to adjust. It was either extremely hot or extremely cold. I ended up just sleeping with it turned off everynight. The other issue I had was I had requested a non-smoking room which I did get, but about 3am it smelled like I was smoking in my own room. I’m assuming it was coming through the vents, but it was really strong. Overall, looking past these two issues, the stay went very well and I would recommend this hotel. Great location, close to shopping and I-29.

Good Price
If you are looking for reasonable place to stay, this is it. It is an older facility and close to a busy road (noise), but we had no problems sleeping and we would stay again.

Quality Hotel in Sioux Falls
Hotel was an excellent value. It was clean, quiet and convenient to access. One of the best features was the continental breakfast, which included self-made waffles. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
