Old rundown, gross, not clean, yucky
Very poor, however nice people working there. I had a ground floor room and it was gross.

Dirty & older building
Management has a disclaimer in room stating that they are aware of the conditions of the older building. This here states clearly that it is not a good place to stay. The bathroom had mold in the caulking area. The carpet was so dirty it felt slimey. There was dust in the corners on the edge of carpet and wall. Cobwebs on wall. Room had an odd odor. Bed very uncomfortable. Bed skirt was ripped and dirty. Overall atmosphere very unpleasant. Waste of money! Afraid to eat there and hot tub was cloudy. Grounds unkept.
