Very Nice and Convenient
The Arora International Gatwick is very nice and convenient for those traveling with an overnight layover and for those catching a connecting flight from Gatwick in London the next day. For the bus ride from Heathrow to Gatwick; catch the National Express and get a round trip ticket (good for 30 days so you can use it on your way back). Youll need to call the Arora for shuttle service from Gatwick to the hotel. Be sure to ask the hotel desk personnel about shuttle service in the morning if you have an early flight to make arrangements for a wake up call and to be sure there will be a shuttle driver available. Gatwick has train service to London near by but no access to the tube so getting around can be a little pricey. The hotel accommodations were very comfortable and clean. There is a pub and restaurant located off the hotel lobby that is very reasonable and very good if your exhausted and dont want to venture out.

The trains woke me up in the night, but otherwise, the hotel was good
Prices of food and drink too expensive....but room service was good....when we were checking out, we were charged for stuff we never took, but upon review of the bills (signatures etc) it was cleared up...the train track parallel to the hotel was a bit of a bother, as the noise was constant, but got used to it after a while...cards to access the elevator always gave some trouble, but worked after about 4 tries...
Traveler's tip on shopping
a short trip by train to oxford circuis, soho and camden gives for a much better shopping experience

Well definitely come back
We stayed here two nights and enjoyed it very much. First of all there is a shuttle from the Gatwick airport that costs 2.50 pounds which was very convinient, but you have to call them when you arrive to let them know you have to be picked up. There is a courtesy telephone at the pick up location. When we arrived at the hotel we were impressed with the cleanliness and the friendlines of the staff. Our room was very nice and clean and then beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom has a separate tub and shower which was quite nice to relax in. There is a train station right at the bottom of the hotel. Yet there is no noise coming from the train. Overall, the hotel was modern and very nice to stay in. We would definitely stay there again.
