No help from night desk person, hotel was in hard to find location, bed was like a rock, don’t stay!
The hotel was extremely hard to find on some back road location in a not so nice area, front desk person refused to help at all when we called in the middle of the night to find the hotel, she could have atleast googled where we were on the map to help get us there, when we arrived she was dressed in peter pan pants and had a dog with her. Oh, and nothing but an answering machine til we called expedia to connect us. The room was clean but the bed was like sleeping on a rock, the front desk person in the AM was very kind and gave us a discount coupon for our next stay with extended stay. However, when i filled out a complaint with extended stay in providence, RI the manager wrote me a brief note and has never got back in touch....don’t stay!!
The food is GREAT on Federal Hill, lotsa Italian food, Pizza is awesome
