Not Impressed
I had reason to reduce my length of stay from 5 nights to 4 nights. I notified the hotel five days before I was booked for the first night. They said OK, no problem. But the hotel did not tell me that I would have to notify EXPEDIA, which made the reservations for me, so as to not be charged for the day I canceled. Consequently, I had to pay EXPEDIA for a night that I did not stay there. That was an expensive lesson that the hotel could have advised me on with little effort and cost. The sugar and cream packets with the room’s coffee were not supplied after the first night. The tissue box was empty in my room. I removed the empty box to the sink area. A new box was replaced, but was inconveniently left unopened.

Not impressed
Hotel was expensive,very run down rooms. Oustide there was garbage everywhere. Inside we had food still in the nightstands from the previous people, floors were not clean. We had a small dog which we paid to have and they put us on the second story, we were not the only people dissapointed as we talk to a few people. We will not stay there again
