Bedbug Alert!
I seldom serious write a review but this time I really want to prevent tourists like me to experience the nightmare! The first night we spent at Room 324. We were tired and really want to relax. However, at midnight, my friend said she got bites by something. Then, we found at least 8 bedbugs(two very big one) under the pillow. After change to another room at 1 am, we found the heater did not work... We changed to another room finally and stay in that room for several days. Their breakfast is OK, but the room is kind of dirty. They have the wire internet access but do not have that available to every room. I was not satisfied with the service too, the hotel only provided a day free for the bug night, and even didn’t help us print the boarding pass... That is my true experience and I always have a good impression of comfort inn before. Hope to help more people in the future.

Not Impressed
Trash in the parking garage sat right near the stairwell entrance, the door of which didn’t close all the way. This smell ran all the way through the stairwell and into the halls (our room was near the stairwell) for the 2 days we were there. The room still had all the used towels from the previous guests. The drain had stuff caught in it. If you have a choice, venture into another hotel in the area, even if it means a few extra dollars.
