Where are we

The location of the home office has not a thing to do with the location of the homes. The home office as listed on the expedia site is not close to the home we stayed in. The home was over 24 miles from the office. I have stayed in homes that were 2 to 3 miles from this office from another provider. The add says that the homes are with in 15 miles from the parks this is almost true if you count the park as being the entrance at world drive from SR 192. Each day it took us over 20 min. to get to the parks. The home was very nice and I have not a thing to complain about there just the location it is in from the park. When you go west on SR 192 from world drive or Interstate 4 there are less eating locations than if you go east on SR 192. If you don’t mind the drive and don’t mind eating at the same places everyday then this is a very nice location to stay at. The home was well keep the surroundings were very nice and quiet.

Looked for better than what we got

we were expecting a home in a residential location with its own enclosed pool. What we got was a townhome with a community pool. What that did to our vaca was change the look of our down time. We had several days when we were out later and would have loved to come home and dip into the pool for a relaxing time to cool off. We could not do that since the pool was closed. As it was we hung out inside the townhome. We could not open the window coverings as they would fall apart as they moved along the tracking system. They floors did not look clean. ugh. I have to wonder about the cleanliness of the carpet looked like it just needed a good steamclean.

Very relaxing, spacious and private

After long days enjoying Florida attractions, it was nice for our family to have our own space to unwind in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels and the backyard pool was very refreshing. It was very easy to get to Disney Parks and Sea World; getting back was sometimes a little tricky for us as first-time travelers. All in all, we enjoyed our stay!

The staff at the office had flyers with coupons--make sure to take one! Next time we want to see some fireworks and an evening parade. We’ll call a taxicab so we don’t have to worry about getting lost at night.

Nice for Price

Nice neighborhood. Home had enough room for our family to have their own space after a full day of activities. The use of the backyard pool, grill and lawn furniture made it a relaxing time at the end a fun filled day. Just beware of the cleaning fee.

Too expensive for what we got. Paid additional fees for services.

Renting a home villa is very convenient such as access to a washer/dryer, kitchen and lots of space especially when you have a crowd. However, the beds were uncomfortable and the cost for heating the pool was too expensive.

Rented a 3 bedroom home with pool

The house was wonderful, with plenty of room. It had a 2 car garage. The pool was not as clean as it should have been. The house was not as cool as the air conditioner was too regulated and nt cool enough. The pool was not as heated as it should have been, even though we did pay more for the heater. There was also a security fee added when we got there. We did all the cleaning for ourselves for the week. If we had wanted cleaning service, it would have been more. It was a very nice place though and very private.

Very Disappointed

Please be very careful about staying at this hotel. Appliances, including the pool did not work, and we were told by the often not available office staff that there was nothing they could do. The house was not also ready on tmie and the cleaning crew and pool staff stayed hours after we arrived. Sadly, the owner did not return my numerous calls to discuss my experience. Sadly, I will not stay with Premier ever again. Avoid this at all costs.

More room than a hotel

We asked for a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo and received a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with private pool. Everything was ok but the house was not in a gated community as advertised and also was much older than 6 years old as advertised. Also the furniture in the living room and family room needed cleaning or replacement. Otherwise everything was pretty good for the low price.

Great House

We stayed in a house, it was great and clean, but could mot get pool heat to work for 2 days, and we had to buy alot of kitchen things to wash dishes, something that I thought should of been supplied

Not Too Impressed

No heat the first 2 days. 52 degrees one morning.They fixed after 2 days. Put clothes in to wash and washer didn’t work so had to wring everything out by hand and ruined alot of our clothes. Could have left info on how TV/cable works. Had no TV for 2 days. Other than these things our stay was quite confortable.

Great home in a great location!

We never rented a house before in Orlando, but we are very happy that we did. The house had everything that we needed, with a lot of little extra’s, like a high chair and a extra stroller for the little ones. We could of paid more for a executive home, but we stayed with a luxury home and it was great. House’s are located all over from what I hear and ours was in the Liberty section... Are the rooms a 100% clean? For the most part yes... but the price and what you get versus a hotel makes up for it!

This house was near two Dunkin Donuts and two Starbucks what else can you ask for!

The entire stay was great. Everything was well organized and everyone was polite.

MICE ON THE HOUSE.

HAD MICE ON THE HOUSE THAT CHEWED OUR LUGAGGE. HOUSE WAS NOT SO CLEAN AND NOT SO WELL KEPT. EXPENSIVE IF YOU WANT HEATED POOL.

Would be great for large families

The Cleanliness was great, the size of the home was great. The things I did not like was the master bedroom mattress was terrible and the pool was dirty. These homes are great for large families. All the appliances worked good and it had everything you would need in a kitchen to cook and serve food.

Will return here on next trip to Disney!

This was a vacation home. It was everything it showed on the internet. It was perfect!

not impressed

Checking in was easy and did not take long, but when we got to the house and we were all excited and ready for a swim the pool was so dirty there was a black ring around the edge and the pump was not even working. We called for repair twice and never recieved a call back. when we finially got ahold of someone at the office and told them what was going on they sent someone out to "fix it" but they had to add more water so then it was to cold for us to swim in and by the next day it was dirty again and the pump was not working still so they had to send someone out again. Also there were dead ants all over the floor in the master bedroom and some of the appliances didn’t work.

Worst Place Ever

I would not suggest this place to my worse enemy. I booked a Luxury 3 bedroom house with pool - instead we got a house that was filthy, had insects in the rooms, and outdoor pool and patio furniture looked like it was falling apart. Staff was not helpful nor considerate when we complained yet charged us to go to another house. Second house was just as bad!!!!

We were very comfortable during our stay.

Very nice and clean home that had the ammenities that traveling with a family requires. Minor inconviences you would find in many homes - not enough to mar the fun we had though.

They provide minimal starter supplies, coffee filters, two dishwashing pods, a few trash bags the rest you’ll need to pick up. We recommend getting the three bedroom executive for the extra space for little kids to run around.

Nice experience

The house was very nice, located near the principal attractions. It was inside of a condo. Check in and check out very easy and fast, but located about 5 miles from the house.

I said yes to recommending this because we loved our stay we loved the house. Just that when we got there it was late and the first thing we noticed was the house was dirty, the carpet was really dirty, meldew all over the bath shower curtin the carpets were not vac. very good,and bugs every where.We were dissapointed about not having a hot tub. next morning went to the office to check in and they were really nice to us, they sent some one out to clean which consist of putting bleach in the toilets! we went out and got bleach and cleaned our self! But over all the house was nice a bit far from D.World. This was our first vacation like this and we made the best of it. We would stay here again just because of the privacy.The pool was great.

Premier Vacation Homes

The only thing that was missing was a microwave. It had stove, dishwasher(need to rinse first), iron & board, washer/dryer, toaster, all the comforts of your own home. We really did miss that microwave though! The pool was refreshing. They even provided a high chair and crib.

Just okay

Service is minimal. You’re pretty much on your own once you check in. The check-in office was located miles away from the home assigned to us, which was an inconvenience. They made no effort in trying to assign a home closer to the theme parks when requested. The home had multiple damages I was afraid we were going to be blamed for. Although the house looked cleaned, the linens in the master bedroom felt like they hadn’t been washed in a long time as I have very sensitive skin and itched all night for the first few nights (that never happened at any of the recent hotels we stayed). The house was inconveniently located miles away from the theme parks, the farthest being Universal Studios. The drive home felt endless after long days at the theme parks. The home was equipped with a water softener, so those of us with very sensitive skin suffered. Lastly, there was a dead frog floating in the swimming pool. Minus all the above shortcomings, however, the house was fully stocked with appliances and kitchenware, which was a plus. It was also just a short drive to Wal-mart, which was convenient for grocery shopping, etc. The neighborhood the house was located in was a quiet one and afforded us undisturbed rest at nights, also a plus.

If you plan to be out and about at the theme parks or any attraction all day, save money and avoid renting a pool home. We only got to swim in it one day. Also, pack your drinks and sandwiches if you like. The theme parks allow outside food and drinks as long as there are no glass bottles. It’ll save you tons. Eat a home-cooked breakfast every morning before leaving. If you don’t get home too late from the parks, cook a nice home-cooked meal for dinner on some nights for more savings.
