First time to Rome, we were leary about booking a hotel online, but we made a great choice. The hotel was very nice, clean, with a great and helpful staff. Fantastic location to walk to many sites around Rome, the area was very beautiful and safe. Rooms and bath rooms were very clean and air conditioned! My wife and I travel to many places, If your are looking for 5 star luxury hotel dont book this, but if you want a very nice place to stay in Rome that wont break your budget definitly stay here, we werent disappointed! Breakfast was included and was great for a continental buffet, including room service!

Doesnt Deserve a 4-Star Rating
I was very disappointed in this hotel, as I expected some level of luxury based on its star rating. The double room was extremely small and uncomfortable, and the shower stall so small, taking a shower was a challenge. Public areas were worn and minimally maintained. Our six-nite stay included breakfast, with a decent selection of food, however, we found dishes and silverware often dirty. The hotel was definitely short-staffed - most of the time the staff was friendly and helpful. No coffee-maker in the room, no restaurant or bar in the hotel. The location is excellent - within short walking distance of Via Veneto, Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. I would rate this no higher than 2-1/2 stars.
