Not the Star value it deserves much lower
Well if you see a bucket in a room turn around and walk out. Don’t just assume the cleaning lady forgot it. Our A/C didn’t work and when we turned it on it leaked like crazy; hence the bucket. I went down to the front desk and they said they couldn’t do anything b/c they were full. He said that he could change us rooms tomorrow. Well after a night of sweating and listening to water drip the whole night. The guy had lied and didn’t change our room. They said sorry no refunds and there was nothing he could do. So be careful with this place. Oh and the Internet was down and the breakfast is horrible, much of the fruit was inedible.
