Would go back in a heart beat !
We had the two bedroom unit on the 5th floor and the views were amazing. Imagine waking up each morning to the sights of dolphins playing in the bay! The hotel is right in the center of the town and so very close to everything and yet being on the ocean side, you don’t feel like you are anywhere near a city. I do a lot of travelling and I have never raved about any hotel as much as Rydges in Port Macquarie.
Traveler's tip on local attractions
Right in front of Rydges is a breakwater - take a walk along there to the beach for a great swim. Coming back home stop off at the art gallery which has an interesting selection of artists; or stop off at the health store on the corner; or the supermarket across the road from Rydges .. everything is right there on your doorstop
