Staff always goes the extra mile
The service here is great. I’ve stayed here many times over the years and haven’t encountered a single staff member who isn’t extremely helpful and friendly. The shuttle to and from the airport is so convenient and definitely helps cut costs. My only caveats are 1. it’s a pity they reduced their room service so much, and 2. my room was definitely clean and cheerful, but a little worn around the edges. A little chipped paint here and there, some furniture that was slightly overdue to be replaced... that kind of thing. Nothing major though, and if you go, I think you will be pleased.
