Maid Fight
Although probably an isolated incident, the fight that broke out between maids just outside my room at 9:00 a.m. was violent, loud and quite disturbing. My husband later saw a manager talking with tearful maids and maybe someone was fired. No one on staff made any effort to apologize to guests who were awakened by the incident, so our family is hugely disappointed in the service. Also, they have changed their beds to something much less luxurious than before. We may not stay at the Dimond Center Hotel again.

First night in Alaska
We were pleased with the service, quick transfer from airport, clean, beautiful room, great breakfast and transfer to train station. Would definitly recommend staying at this hotel even for an extended stay in Anchorage.

Great Staff!
Loved the staff; they all made us feel special and went out of their way to provide for our comfort. Our room was attractive and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lobby decor of oversized art deco furniture. Downside: not very close to airport.
