Outstanding Experience
I came to Trenton to see a show at the Arena. Every single person I encounteerd at this hotel was friendly and courteous. I truly felt like a valued guest--customer service at its best! The bar and breakfast buffet were great. The room was nicely decorated and immaculate. I have absolutely no complaints as this may have been one of my best lodging experiences. I’m slightly disappointed that I don’t have another reason to visit Trenton so I can stay here again!

The Old Barracks, State House, State Museum and war memorial are within walking distance from the hotel. Great way to kill time!

Surprisingly good
We stayed here for a weekend and were very well treated. There was a bit of a line at the check-in desk, but shortly after we arrived somebody came over with a tray of cookies for the people waiting in line. We only had to wait a couple of minutes, but I thought it was a nice touch. We didn’t use the restaurant, so I can’t say anything about that, but everything we saw was just as advertised.

We enjoyed a visit to the Old Barracks a block away during a few hours of free time. Their tour is oriented more for youngsters, but it was pretty informative.

Not Impressed
Check in line was ridiculously long, the hotel hallways were littered with dirty towels and garbage! Also, when we called downstairs for a cab, the front desk said they would call when it arrived, they never did and then they gave away our cab to another person. I was subsequently late for a wedding. Would NOT stay here again.
