Excellent customer service
My room overlooked the river and park. Excellent service and very helpful staff who went out of their way to meet my needs.

Not Impressed
Service was spotty to non-existent. Elevators were not working, took almost 15 minutes to get one to respond. Called the front desk. Had them go over and send one up. When I complained, they said hard to get someone out to fix it on the weekend. Not a very good excuse. Were not overly excited to fix the problem. Beds old, soft. Overall...low end of satisfactory to marginal.
