I would think twice before going back to this hotel in a beautiful country.
The TV was not working. The refrigerator was dirty. The lights on the nightstands were not working. The drain of the bathtub was clogged. When I requested service for all the above it would take then anywhere from 4 to 6 hours and constant reminders for them to take any action. The dining room staff was excellent and very courteous. The pool and bar service was excellent.
Recommend you sign up for transfers from the airport to the hotel since it is very expensive to travel by taxi.

Can’t wait to go back!!! It was GREAT!!!
The hotel is AWESOME!!! The pools were great (they have 3), the beach was great (just a few steps away from the main pool), the people were really friendly (make you laugh all day), daily activities, night shows (didn’t miss them). The food was great, there is a great variety of food if you don’t eat spanish food. Overall the place was great. The room was always clean and all around the hotel. They have people cleaning all around at all times. Just can’t wait to go back!!! I usually go on tours while I am on vacation, but with all that was going on in the hotel, there was no need to do so...

The best part is that I left my money in the safe and didn’t have to touch it until the last day that I bought some souveniers!!!

Excellent place to spend your money
I’ve stayed in many resorts prior to this one and I must say that this was by far the best. The pool,food, room, and staff were excellent. Go see it for yourself.
