Dirty Small Room
We booked a king size room, only to arrive and be put in a room with 2 single beds, as that is all they had, regardless of my Expedia reservation. When we entered the room, the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet had blood on the seat. I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk and she just shrugged and said ok, ie; she doesnt care. This was not our first stay at this hotel (we are Marriott members) and we do like it, just this time it was not the hotel we know and like.

Great place to stay
The location of the hotel is really good. It is in a good area of town .It is directly opposite a tube station and it is in walking distance of Oxford Circus and Picaddily Circus. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. We arrived in the morning and our room was not ready, however we were given another room to rest up in andthen transferred to our room when it became ready. Rooms were clean and spacious by London standards.

Great hotel, in great location
worth the money I paid, got a room with a window to a wall, but the room was so comfortable (and cheap) that i didn’t compliant...
