We wish new owners good luck!
We have stayed here many times over the years. Love the pool and the beach. However, this hotel needs refurbishing. Bathrooms are disgusting. Also, the rooms were not cleaned well. The same filth in the bathrooms was left all week. I felt the urge to clean myself, however the principle that I was on vacation prevailed.

Best of the worst!
This hotel is certainly kid friendly, However it has been used and abused over the years. The Tiki Bar is one for the books. I wouldn’t have it in my back yard. The hotel needs a mega face lift. The people at the front desk did make every effort to bring what was needed to your room i.e. towels, toilet paper, soap etc. Chris was very hospitable.

VERY SURPRISED
I HAVE BEING GOING TO THE PALM PLAZA FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND AFTER GETTING THE DEAL I GOT AND READING OTHER COMMENTS ON THE HOTEL I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE HOTEL. IT APPEARS THEY HAVE BEEN DOING A GOOD JOB IN THIS TOUGH MARKET TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF THE ROOMS. THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND WHEN MY WIFE LEFT HER PURSE AT THE POOL THE DESK CALLED SAYING IT HAD BEEN FOUND. I WILL RETURN NEXT YEAR HOPEFULLY AT THE SAME RATE.
