Would not stay again
We were not impressed. The bathroom needs serious upgrading. The paint was peeling off the ceiling. They had a one of those shower curtain rods that bow out and it was unevenly hung so the shower curtain would not stay closed. Water was everywhere. The bed skirt was ripped. The whole room was just poorly maintained. The pool outside was poorly maintained and dirty. This location does not stand up to its brand name.

Unprofessional Staff
We stayed at this hotel becaue it was close to Sesame Place. with that said, we all were wet coming back from the park and the hallways were very very cold. The staff was not friendly at all. The cleaning people would get mad because you walked down the hall that they were vacuuming. One guy got an attitude because we walked out the front door and he was cleaning there. Shouldn’t you be cleaning those areas at night and during high traffic times first thing in the morning

Not pleased
The room had a smell in it that only was hidden when the air conditioner was on high. There were 2 recliners that were quite dirty. The second day one of the recliners was gone. It was convenient to go to Sesame Place and there were many restaurants around
